The Trust will be holding member meetings on 17 November 2020 at 7.30pm, via Zoom:

SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given of a SGM of the Epping Civic Trust on 17 November 2020. This meeting will be to consider two motions – one on the appointment of an Auditor, the second on two changes to the Trust’s Constitution.

GENERAL MEETING

The General Meeting will take place immediately after the SGM and includes speakers from Cbus who will update residents on the large Langston development in the town centre, including retail and public areas.

Unfortunately with the current COVID-19 situation, it is felt that it would not be appropriate to hold the meeting in person. Therefore, this meeting will be a virtual meeting, using Zoom or your home phone/mobile.
