Deferred Consent Granted

In December 2017 Parramatta City Council granted deferred consent to this DA, subject to a number of conditions.  In addition to conditions concerning noise and traffic control etc during construction, there are a  number of specific conditions related to the proximity of the site to the railway line.

Other conditions include a requirement for the developer submit a Traffic Management Plan for the construction.  However, it is not clear that the plan must be approved by the Council prior to the construction, or that residents will be able to know what it says.
